Firecliff is a Sedona Subdivision that has plenty of gorgeous Red Rock Views (consisting of Castle Rock, Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte). The community is a mixture of custom estate building lots and Villa/Townhomes. A portion of the estate lots are located behind a private gated entrance.
The subdivision has 79 Villa/Townhomes (already constructed) and 61 custom estate lots. The Firecliff Subdivision was developed in (3) three phases. Each Phase or “Unit” of the community will have different HOA fees – for more information look at the HOA Documents in the left hand sidebar.
Located in the Big Park area of Sedona, AZ, Firecliff is a rather new development (early 2000’s). Turn East from State Route 179 onto Jacks Canyon Road. Turn left onto Suncliffe Drive. As you take the scenic drive down Suncliffe, you’ll see the villas on your left as well as the community pool. The gated section will be on the right surrounded by custom homes on both sides of the road.
