Does Sedona have Limited-Maintenance Homes or Condos?
Yes, Sedona’s market has a large amount of vacation homes. There are many communities, gated and otherwise that have Home Owners Associations that take care of the exterior maintenance/landscaping. This is helpful for owners that have homes in other areas of the country. Sedona’s desert landscaping is also helpful in itself…many yards have little maintenance – perfect for the retiree or vacationer. If you are interested in condo/townhome living we suggest taking a look at these communities: Firecliff, Las Piedras, The Ridge. These are not the only communities available but a good start for researching.
